Materials
Course materials may be returned for a refund if the course has not been completed, and if they meet the following criteria:
Please note: a) the refund is made only to the original purchaser of the independent study course materials. b) High school personnel determine if the materials are acceptable for refund. c) If materials are returned that do not meet the above criteria, no refund will be granted, and the materials will not be returned.
Refund or replacement of missing, damaged or incorrect materials Refunds or replacement of materials damaged during transit are governed by shipping company rules. Noting visible-damage on the delivery receipt and notifying Customer Service immediately will increase the likelihood of a full refund or replacement. Shipper rules may require written notice of damage at the time of delivery, written notice of damage within 15 days of receipt, original shipping cartons, packing and contents availability for inspection and retention until the claim is concluded, or other rules. When materials arrive, examine the contents of the package to ensure that the order was complete and that there are no missing or incorrect materials. Requests for refund or replacement of defective or incorrect materials must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Return Shipments If returning course-related materials for a refund, please include a copy of the original packing slip that is enclosed in the original shipment (including a copy of the packing slip will help expedite the processing of your refund request).
